Aubrey Park is a new, luxury housing development nestled in the heart of Marylebone, Central London.

The project required the creation of a brand strategy and visual identity including naming, logo, colour palette, and typography, complimented by the creation of a brochure and place branding to highlight the new development and everything it has to offer to potential residents. 

The visual identity is contemporary and elegant, to compliment the nature of the brand. The project evokes a sophisticated yet premium feel, considering the tone of voice of the brand, editorial composition, and use of imagery which is complemented by the implementation of the colour palette throughout the brochure and other materials. The logo is used throughout the brochure as an additional visual cue to aid brand cohesion.

To assist with awareness of the development, place branding was also created to highlight Aubrey Park, and to direct the public to the development.
